Training Services

SHI's executive training programmes are offered by SHI's School of Business Executives. Participants work with and learn from experts and thought leaders from across the spectrum of business, with the emphasis on developing practical solutions to today's business issues.

The training session duration ranges from three to five days. The programme is offered via SHI's Executive Training Centre or in one of the Four and Five Star Hotels in Rwanda or any other hosted country.

SHI's Professional training programmes are offered by SHI's School of Business Professionals. These are labour-market oriented and competency-based programmes offered to professionals in different areas of business to help them meet the requirements of an ever-changing competitive environment.

The single programme duration ranges from 45 to 60 hours, offered in three-hour sessions per day at SHI's Professional Training Centre.

SKILLS HUB INTERNATIONAL further offers customised training services according to the capacity building needs of individual customers. We offer, as a by-product, skills audit services to determine training needs of customers. These personalised, participative training services involve employees in the workplace at all levels using our specialised methodology known as ADAPTA©.

A Certificate of Proficiency is a comprehensive eight-week training programme that equips the trainee with the knowledge, skills and attitudes to be more productive and marketable. The programme covers fundamental topics in accounting, financial reporting, taxation, risk management and more.

The programme is taught both online and in physical attendance at SHI's Training Centre, Triumph House, 3rd Floor, Kimironko. Registration is open throughout the month; learning begins at the start of the following month.

SKILLS HUB INTERNATIONAL offers specialised training seminars and conferences to professionals and executives from the banking, insurance, hospitality, construction and mining sectors. World-class subject matter experts — combining deep technical knowledge with gifted presentation skills — deliver a seamless and gratifying learning experience. Programmes are available both online and in physical attendance.

The online training programme is designed for those who cannot physically attend training sessions at SHI's centres. Courses are available for registration and can start at any time during the year. Training approaches include materials in PDF, video presentations with PowerPoint slides, and end-of-unit assessments.
